QUALITY ISSUES & DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damage and original packaging
• We will review and respond within 1–2 business days

We do not require you to return the item in these cases.

NON-QUALITY RETURNS

As our products are handcrafted art pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor natural variations in color, tone, or form — these are inherent characteristics of authentic liuli craftsmanship.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for non-quality reasons, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution, which may include:
• An exchange for a different colorway
• A partial store credit
